Copy and paste doesn't always work so I usually right click on the picture and Copy image location. Then Paste it between [img] and [/img] like this

For my own pictures I use the Attachment drop off thread. Just click the staple button when you're posting in it, browse and upload the pic, put anything at all in the text box and post it. Then click on the small pic to get it full size and copy image location
