My Top bands:

Bolt Thrower, Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Kreator, Slayer The Birthday Massacre.

I love death and thrash metal, but TBM is actually my number 1 band right now! And they're like the only non metal band I listen to.

Kick ass cover dude!

Keep on rottin' in the feel world! \m/

Great and creative cover! Love it when bands make different versions as covers. Love a lot of metal, all different kinds of metal I can enjoy: after the burial, naildown, scar symmetry, veil of maya, aeternam, the absence, alghazanth, beyond creation, kiuas, xerath, dark moor, kvelertak, misery index, parkway drive, mors principium est, as I lay dying, wretched, wintersun, unearth. Sometimes nothing is better than a heavy dose of metal!

Note: moved posts from "Any metal heads love TBM?" thread to this thread.

Cool thanks! :D

I got to see Carcass live last year in Los Angeles, good times. I saw Dark Tranquillity and Omnium Gatherum this February when they came to LA, damn they are so good live its insane.

Think Omnium Gathering supported them when I saw them years ago. Know they supported one of the bands I went to see 'cos I wanted to see OG too.

Carcass is playing here in Toronto this coming Tuesday. Dark Tranquility was here in January too. Ghost is playing on the 17th of April. And then in October Within Temptation is playing here also. Yep it's a good year.

Not really into melodic death metal, I am more of a death metal guy, but that song is pretty good.

Now to chill out to some goth metal:

Agalloch should be touring this year, as they are releasing a new album in May. Already got my ticket =).

Not your typical metal band, very experimental. One might say they are a bit "hipster". They may even attract non-metal fans. Give em a listen.

If you ever want to look up a band and know the finer details check out metal-archives.com. Really shows how much dedication we have to our most beloved genre. I don't think any other genre has something like this.

If it's not listed on Encyclopaedia Metallum, it's not considered metal by the pure metallic community.

lol its funny im actually huge into metal i love most "forms" of metal mostly nu metal and death metal some thrash. My first band i got into was Korn and i still love korn. then it was coal chamber for a long time..then in highschool i was really into the band Dope. I THEN awhile after that i was in love with the band Skrape. So i went back n forth between those bands for a while but for the most part I stuck out with coal chamber the most. but then i discovered TBM and decided im not a metalhead anymore. TBM is my favorite band now and i happen to just like metal.
