Default Music That Makes You Cry

Also known as sad music, music that gets you teary-eyed, music that makes you bawl, music that makes your heart ache.

Ice 9: Small Can Be Big

Mogwai: 2 Rights Make 1 Wrong

More to come.

(Anyone know how to post videos on here instead of links? )

Find the unique code of the YouTube vid and then put it between two Bracketed YT tags. First is YT. Second is /YT
Like the example below only without the dashes.

[---YT---]nqh1S87pwlQ[--- /YT---]

The result will look like this:

This song does it for me. It makes me think about the day my dog, Gracie, died.

This song's so sad because of the lyrics. Brings me back to a few years ago!

Couldn't find anything but live videos but I love acoustic singer/songwriter type music, and this song just gets me every time. I love the passion in his voice. Until about a couple months ago, I couldn't even listen to it.

The entire album Closer by Better Than Ezra, except two songs because they are stupid. I listened to that album all the time when I was a child, but for some reason it makes me really sad now... but sort of in a good way? I dunno.

^ Nostalgia? It's one of my favorite things. And that reminds me...speaking of Better Than Ezra, their video for 'Good' is on a DVD along with Candlebox's 'Far Behind' and I remember absolutely losing it while watching that video one night last summer ('Far Behind', not 'Good'). It was just a one-time thing, because that song is mediocre to me as far as sadness goes, but still...it was definitely one of the hardest cries in my life. A deeply buried nerve was struck. A true epiphany. I'm sure it had a lot to do with what I was going through at the time, spiritually.

This is the first song that came to my mind, so awesome that it's already posted. It's the saddest song I have ever heard.
Sorry to hear that,

I'm always extremely embarrassed to admit this, but I told a good friend of mine that this made me cry once, and now I don't really mind saying it anymore.

Yeeeeeah...

I don't know why but for some reason this laptop isn't showing the videos so I'm just guessing that thses haven't been posted...

It used to always make me happy. Now it does quite the opposite thanks to certain events...

Assuming I'm actually getting the meaning correctly, though I've never fully figured out why, it's probably for the same reason as above.
