There has just been an update thanks to Terry via PledgeMusic:

The Book ... Weeks to go!

All of the technical / layout problems have been solved, the paper weight and finish decided….. and it is now 2 to 3 weeks until it is delivered to us. Then we sit down and number and autograph each one. Make sure that we have your right address because once they are sent out…… we don’t always get them back. It is truly a one of a kind collectors item .

My best guess now is that the mailing will take place sometime in the first couple of weeks of May.
