Really liked the work inspired by TBM in the first post.

Again, with graphic design, I have NO clue how to do ANY of that but I would LOVE to try my hand at it...how does one go about doing art through graphics..? Any programs or something..? I have photoshop, but it's an aged version..

I work only with Photoshop.
You don't need a modern version to begin!

It's not to hard to do.
I'm totally self-taught and I practically never need help!!
I buy magazines with tutorials and try to do the same...

After, you need inspiration... It's the hardest thing, I think!!

If you need some help, ask me!! I will be happy to help you

I was going to ask the same question.
So are they all photo manipulations (I mean, beside the painting ,obviously)?

My school gets Photoshop, but it's too big for my stinking computer, so all I've got is GIMP. >.<

^I actually prefer GIMP sometimes.
Today, I attempted to make a stencil in the new Photoshop (CS3, I believe?) and it was stupidly limiting for that kind of unconventional photo work.

Really nice drawings, Kingsfan!

Mostly I toy with cameras... But I'm hoping to add some paint work soon.
Unfortunately, a lot of these are really, really low quality, and the downsizing makes them look even far worse. Sorry!
Yay, new flickr.

Yay, new flickr.
It's just really confusing. :/
Love those photos!

& Kingsfan:
Those are pretty cool for napkin drawings. :3

Yeah, unfortunately it's not very intuitive at first. But once you skim the tutorials for just one or two minutes, everything clicks pretty quickly.

And thank you!
